Philosophy My philosophy on education is that every child has the right to learn in a safe, loving, and trusting environment. When students feel valued, they will take the risks necessary for academic achievement. This begins with the building of a strong, positive relationship between a student and his or her teacher. I believe that as an educational leader, it is my responsibility to provide a foundation for those relationships and watch them prosper. Without positive relationships, academic achievement is an uphill battle.
